Items are shipped from the United Kingdom or France. This is specified in each product description. As most of our items are extremely fragile, each item is packaged very carefully with extra protection to ensure it arrives to you safely. This extra care and use of material is factored into each shipping cost. 

International shipping is calculated by location and weight of your item and may vary from order to order. 

 We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

Please note that we typically do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items on shipment arrival.  If you’ve received a damaged item, we are more than happy to accept a return.  Please contact us immediately at info@maisonfeteetcie.com, within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
