Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, should you receive a damaged item, we are committed to making it right.

• Reporting Damage: Please contact us at info@maisonfeteetcie.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include images of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to help us understand what went wrong.
• Refund or Replacement: Once we review the damage, we will offer a full refund on your purchase or, if you prefer, store credit. We cover the cost of shipping the damaged item back to our store.
