We are a small team and do our best to get your orders packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days and shipped from the United Kingdom. As most of our items are extremely fragile, each item is packaged very carefully with extra protective materials to ensure it arrives to you safely. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your item as well as the size of the shipping box, and may vary from order to order. We use courier carries such as UPS, FedEx and Parcel force to ensure your items are delivered in a timely manner. Please note that customs charges for your country are not included in our pricing. It is important to keep your eyes out for any notifications concerning your parcels customs fees as they cannot be delivered if unpaid.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
Please note that we typically do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items on shipment arrival. If you’ve received a damaged item, we are more than happy to accept a return. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com, within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
