After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link for your digital guidebook. Click the link to access your file and save it to your computer or device in a location you'll be able to find easily - your Documents folder or Desktop works well.
We recommend saving a copy in at least two places (for example, your computer and a cloud storage service such as iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox) so you always have access to it.
Your guidebook is yours to keep and refer to as often as you like.

We offer global shipping, with various courier options available for selection at checkout. Please be aware that import customs and duties fees are not included on any products and will vary based on your country.

- Eligibility: We accept returns on items that are in their original condition and have not been used, altered, or damaged. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Process: To start a return, please contact us at info@maisonfeteetcie.com. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the next steps.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, should you receive a damaged item, we are committed to making it right.
- Reporting Damage: Please contact us at info@maisonfeteetcie.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include images of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to help us understand what went wrong.
- Refund or Replacement: Once we review the damage, we will offer a full refund on your purchase or, if you prefer, store credit. We cover the cost of shipping the damaged item back to our store.
