Hire Process
1. Enquiry
Please contact Maison Fête via email with your event date, venue location, guest numbers and items of interest. We are happy to guide you on suitable quantities and cutlery selections based on your menu and table design.
2. Proposal & Confirmation
A tailored rental proposal will be prepared for your review. Once confirmed, items will be reserved for your event date.
3. Preparation & Delivery
All cutlery is professionally polished prior to delivery to ensure it arrives event-ready. Delivery arrangements will be scheduled in advance according to your venue requirements.
4. Event Use
Items are hired on a standard three-day basis, allowing time for delivery, event use and collection.
5. Cleaning & Return
We kindly ask that all items be returned cleaned. Due to the delicate nature of antique silver plate, cutlery must be hand-washed only. Dishwashers and harsh detergents can cause permanent damage.
6. Collection
Maison Fête will arrange collection following your event at a pre-agreed time.
