- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, should you receive a damaged item, we are committed to making it right.
- Reporting Damage: Please contact us at info@maisonfeteetcie.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include images of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to help us understand what went wrong.
- Refund or Replacement: Once we review the damage, we will offer a full refund on your purchase or, if you prefer, store credit. We cover the cost of shipping the damaged item back to our store.
